The two Founding Directors are highly experienced search specialists with 40 years experience between them in market and dedicate their entire lives to serving their close network of contacts better than anyone because they know what quality service is and spend their careers constantly perfecting this.
Ben has been working within the recruitment industry for close to 20 years specialising in Sales & Marketing, Senior Operations and Executive appointments across a variety of industries.
Ben has dealt with a large number of companies across most industries in Australia and has built strong, long lasting relationships with Senior Leaders across these businesses.
Ben prides himself on his consultative style and ability to understand the exact requirements of his clients which enables him to provide a superb solution to their needs. He has an extremely strong network of candidates and contacts enabling him to successfully find the right person, every time!
After spending his career in large corporations and in order to continue to offer the highest possible level of service, Ben has founded a boutique search firm, Harding & Drougas with his good friend and business partner Adam Harding.
Adam commenced his recruitment career in 1997 with a London based IT Contracting firm. Moving to Sydney in 1999, Adam worked with Icon Recruitment where he developed and managed a portfolio of diverse clients ranging from banking to government.
Other notable roles for Adam were with privately owned recruitment company; QPL, where he held the role of National Manager leading teams across 4 states.
From 2011 Adam was with Talent2 (acquired by US business Allegis in 2016) in various General Management positions. In these roles Adam supported large teams of consultants, as well as managing a portfolio of clients, focusing on Senior to Executive level appointments.
Adam left this position in 2018 to co found the boutique search business; Harding & Drougas. Here Adam focuses on his passion of building great relationships and delivering comprehensive and robust search processes for Senior appointments.
